My absolute fall favorites

My absolute fall favorites

With summer ending and pumpkin spice items being sold everywhere, I think it’s only fair we talk & romanticize the new season. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I already miss summer and everything it brings, but those spooky reels are getting to me. Anyways, let’s dive deep into my Fall Favorites.

Fall favorites – Activities

  • The basic package

Going on a fall walk, then getting a fall coffee in a fall outfit just to get back home and light a fall candle.

  • Girls night

In every seasons, girls night is a must, but FALL THEMED? Sign me the fuck up.

(The post’s picture is actually one from last year’s girls night I did with my bestie in October hihi).

  • Fall walks & hikes

Obviously, the trees filled with colorful leaves, the cold-but-not-that-cold weather, the smell, it’s perfect.

  • Fall coffee

If you ask me, yes, I’m getting that universal pumpkin spice latte. Yes, I might have a breakdown over Starbucks not serving them after November 1st. No, I won’t change.

  • Steaming hot shower

What did you expect? That I’d take a cold shower after being out in the cold-but-not-that-cold weather? You thought wrong.

Lighting up that cinnamon & coffee candle or the apple crisp one, putting my fav playlist on, getting under the shower until my feet are red, IS my fucking jam. Bonus points if it’s raining outside and it’s 8PM so it’s kind of dark.

  • Apple picking

Everyone does it, though what I love most is the doughnuts at the end, they make it so good. Also spending time with my closed ones.

  • Making fall outfits

That’s when we start layering and it’s still all fun and games. We can still see part of the outfit and you’re not scared to freeze to death if you don’t have a full-on ski suit to go out.

Comfy & cute is the word for them fall fits.

  • Sit & sip

Sitting outside with a blanket while sipping my coffee and listening to music & reading.

Fall favorites – Food

  • Pumpkin seeds

Baked with olive oil and salt, it’s amazing.

Making the pumpkins is also nice, had a competition with my sister last year, but no one really won because it’s about the time you spent with the person and getting your creativity out on the pumpkin… (I won).

  • Cinnamon buns

An obvious one.

  • Tomato soup & grilled cheese

Tomato soup & grilled cheese night is *chef’s kiss*.

  • The doughnuts from the place we go apple picking

I don’t have the name, my mom’s the one that drives over there. I’m just the passenger princess.

  • Pumpkin spice latte

Yes.

  • Pumpkin pie

Double yes.

  • Beef & barley soup

Gosh this is so good.

  • Apple pie

Triple yes & double obviously.

Fall favorites – fall thingies

  • Candles

They smell soooo good, Bath & Body Works really does something to my brain.

It probably does something to my sister and mom too because they brought back 4 candles & 2 big soap filler two weeks ago, had the biggest bag ever I didn’t even know they made Bath & Body Works bags that big.

  • Fall nails

Brown, beige, orange, French manicure with leaves on them, etc.

  • Decorations

They are starting to get good as fuck with those DIYS on Instagram, I mean I already saved some ideas to make at home.

WINNERS & COSTCO THOUGH, they provide the shit.

  • Fall books

Never read a ‘’fall’’ themed book during fall, but it looks fun.

  • Makeup palette changing

The lipstick I wear in summer isn’t the same as in fall, you get to change your color palette and I love it.

  • Blankets

Fall is my cue to add more blankets in my bed and snuggle the fuck up.

  • Hoodies

Different shape, color and size, lov’em all!

Fall non-favorites

I mean, I love 99% of fall, there’s just these tiny things that piss me off.

  • Hair static

Usually comes from the scarf, and it’s a fucking piss off.

  • Less light

I have much less motivation to go to the gym before work if it’s still pitch black. I also am not a fan of finishing work and it being dark outside already. Although that’s more for the end of fall.

That’s all actually.

Overall, I do really enjoy autumn and I always did, it’s all cozy, comfy and warmth to me even though it’s colder outside. Although, I did Google things people don’t like about fall to give me more inspiration and I found nothing that resonated with me except for the ‘’it’s darker outside’’. The reasons mostly are the leaves, the cold and someone said the landscapes?? Anyways moving on.

Hopefully that gave you some ideas or that made you like fall a bit more.

May you all have a nice fucking spooky season and/or cuffing season.

Mwahsss
